    If not then under EU Directive 4 covers it anyhow. (Google for it,
    there's tons of info..)

    Easiest way to parse it is to consider 'none' as a contraction of 'not
    one' or no-one' and then say it.

    From the first grammar to hand:
    "'None' may be followed by a singular or plural verb, whichever is logically
    appropriate."
    In this case it is obvious that the plural is appropriate.
