Right - SWMBO's bike is all prepped for sale. Details as follows:

    Honda CBR400RR NC29 Gull-Arm 'Baby Blade'. 1991/H-reg, in black/graphite.
19500 miles (31300km), 12 months MOT. In South Essex.

Standard apart from a tinted screen and heated grips - though we suspect the
previous owner may have appropriated some of the baffles from the exhaust,
as it sounds a bit fruitier than normal.

Mrs Monkey's owned it for the last 5 years. She used it regularly for
commuting until her job moved and it became quicker to take the train. Since
then, it's only really got out for occasional weekend rides and the odd
French trip, and has been SORNed for the last year.

It doesn't seem to have suffered from the recent lack of use - it started
second crank when we took it out of the garage to MOT it, and always started
first time when it was in regular use. It's been very reliable all round -
the only breakdown was due to a knackered reg/rec, which has been replaced
by a better unit, and we've had no problems since.

Maintained regularly by me while it was in use, oil (always fully synth),
brake fluid and rear tyre were changed two years ago, but it's only done
about 500 miles since then. Could probably do with a fluid change age-wise
    though.

It's evidently had a couple of low-speed tumbles before Sally got it, so
there's a bit of minor scuffing on the crankcases, bar end weights and side
fairings. There's also a crack under the top fairing, which has been pinned,
though this isn't visible unless you're crouching-down next to the bike.
    Generally it's not bad cosmetically.

This is an excellent bike for shorter riders - Sally's 5'2", and can get
both feet flat on the floor. It also handles like nothing else I've ridden,
being so small, and puts a huge grin on my face every time I ride it.

No tax I'm afraid, so the buyer will need to collect with a van / trailer.
Alternatively, I can deliver in my van if you're within about a half-hour
    drive of my house.

Comes with a well-thumbed Haynes manual, and consecutive MOT certificates
    going back to 1996.

It's going in MCN at £1150 next week.

interested, or want more details / photos.
