    Depends what time the MOT station opens.

    30 days before due, for the "13-month" certificate - or any time you
    like for a fresh 12 months. You don't have to wait until it expires,
    you know - or do DVLA usually send you a reminder?

    OK changed to "offered with 1 years MOT"
