Not really. My initial vulture comment was but a mild quip. It was
Lozzo's somewhat antagonistic reply, coupled with the fact that JB had
already expressed an interest that I found mildly irritating. When
Lozzo said he hadn't seen JB's post, & subsequently backed out, I gave
a virtual 'applause' & that was that as far as I was concerned.

That makes a lot of sense - as it doesn't automatically hand an
advantage to those who have time on their hands to monitor the group for
any freebies whilst the rest are out at work.

 

I think Lozzo's doing people a favour tbh. Maybe in future he shouldn't
bother with the "emailed" post.

Maybe - as I have mentioned elsewhere, the fairest way is if anyone
interested expresses their interest in the thread concerned. That way
everyone knows who 'got in first', so to speak.

Anyway, it's down to the OP, or rather the murderer of the SV in question to
decide what they want to do in terms of pecking order on this one, not us.

Yeah, I've no investment in the outcome of this.

I got a parking ticket while I was getting my hair cut this morning. I
was fucking seething!

 

...and the bus they rode in on.

 

I haven't got any recent ones, so that'll involve effort, which means
it might take some time.

I got one on the Fazer on the Saturday after Xmas day, in a shithouse
seaside town near here.

I'm rather glad I couldn't see any parking bods meandering around nearby
when I found it... but hey, they're 'only doing their job', eh?

Did you get it fixed after the tree fell on/through it?

 

This was Sawbridgeworth which, to be honest, needs all the customers it
can get at the moment.

Am I right in thinking they're on some sort of performance related deal
these days?
