some guy on a Goldwing had 3 miles of traffic stopped behind him
yesterday, he was sat there revving the nuts off his engine but the
back wheel seemed to be jammed up.. what gives? I thought about lending
a hand but probably a case of waiting for a crane anyway?

Apparently, the GL1800 has had more recalls than any other motorcycle EVER.
    So much for Honda quality!

You must be too young to recall some 1970-80 model Honda and Suzuki
    models then

Too young to remember the Honda chocolate camshaft years, at least.

Eh? You're younger than me and I don't remember them either.

"The language in the owner's manuals is not in accordance with the
    current mandatory requirements".

Fsck me, that sounds right dodgy. Do you think it will affect the handling?

Err, no, but "can cause frame welds to crack" might.

Do you actually know the difference between a recall and a TSB?

    Yes.

Service Bulletin, Recall, may be different to a manufacturer but they are
the same thing to a customer.
