Help needed on me trusty FZ600

Tax is out next week, also got a VFR lined up so I need to fix ASAP

Lost the charging system a while back. Symptoms:- voltage across battery
terminals does not rise as engine rpm increases, eventually flat
battery, no fun bumping it off after you have stalled in a queue of
    traffic.

    So far I have:
Topped up battery, fluid levels were low
    Checked fuses
Checked and cleaned all terminals and block connectors
    Checked earth continuity
    Checked relevant cabling continuity
    Renewed field brushes
    Renewed voltage regulator unit
    Renewed generator rotor
    Renewed generator stator
    Sworn lots

Meter shows 0.2V AC output on each phase of the generator I would of
expected to have seen 50V which points towards the generator, the
replacements were from a scrap yard so there could be a question mark
    over them I suppose.

Ok guys, this is doing me nut in, any help gladly accepted.

Any of the above could be at fault.
Isnt the rotor just a big magnet?
    If so, discount that.
    I bought a 'good' stator for a GS550 from a breaker.Fitted it, still no
good, so took it back for a refund next day.Of course the sign which
wasnt visible the day before, was now clearly visible behind him as I
went in - "No warranty on electrical parts".
I was young then and didnt argue much.If I didnt get a refund now, he'd
    know about it.

I would get it rewound , more likley to work. If you are not seeing
what the book says then it looks buggered
I should have said with engine reving. But if (with reving) it does not
show over 14V then the battery is not getting charged and you should look
    in the regulator/altenator area.

I had similar fun with my old GS250 many years ago. In the end I forked
out £70 to have it rewound and it still works now. Worth every penny if
you want an "honest" sale. If not just charge the battery and cross
    fingers.
I am not sure jumping a bike from a car is recommended.
