I've test rode recently and after having ridden my GSX14 for 6 odd
years, I'd say that I prefer the Fazer. The handling seems much better,
it's more throwaboutable and it's got more grunt. I like the styling
too. I'm not sure about the price, as I think that Yamaha have still
    overpriced the bike though.

The Bandit was nice and comfortable, but seemed too predictable. That
could be because it was less powerful than my old bike and I couldn't
force too much out of it. It's not very torquey at all. I did like the
    riding position though.

And a 'fantastic stunt bike', too. Well ... as long as I don't own one,
    anyway...

Even more so (and yes, I've seen the whoosh potential) as the very
same chap posted in his 'First run out' thread:

"Got a little cold so had to call it a day, but it was an
    enjoyable trip out -
lots of bikes including a new 1098S that had broken down at Parliament
    Square."

Perhaps he's grown a SOH over the Winter.
