at B&Q or somewhere. I wouldn't normally have any truck with cheapshit
tools but a PPro, Nutool or something similar will last longer than 4
holes.

HSS hire shops will be able to hire you a Hilti drill and suitable
bits for it. You'll probably need to hire a transformer as well
because most Hilti drills are 110v.

I may have been in London and as a special treat in a suit, sovietesque
