I have a tank that is slighty rusted inside,I have done the acid route which is great gets it clean,etches the surface etc.,when I rinse with water within hours it flash rusts,is there a "drier" solvent that I can introduce into the tank after rinsing to remove the water residue,I remember the Kreem kits had this stuff but can't remember what it is.
