For many years I have sat and doodled. I am now wondering if there is any
point to my doodling, apart from the enjoyment I get from it. It's been a
while since I sat down and did a bike so I have only got late eighties to
mid nineties bikes. I have put a small selection on the web. I would
    appreciate comments.

You appear to be doodling in a professional manner, sir.

As one who used to "doodle" and occasionally flog stuff (a long, long
    time ago), I'd say....

You've got an eye for detail and our draughtsmanship is better than
your colouring (although it looks like you've been using something
basic like felt tip pens as the colouring medium).

However, your proportions are wrong. The Mille GT is way too skinny,
and the dimensions and proportions of the headlight and clocks are just
way off. Same goes for the VFR. The FZR is better, and the RGV probably
    best of all.

I'd suggest you really work on your dimensions, and stick to line
drawings if you want to sell anything. If othig else, people will only
buy a coloured pic if it's the same colour as the bike they own(ed)

    <Pats Honda 400 Four sweatshirt affectionately>

whereas there isn't this problem with line drawings.

If you can get your drawings and proportions better, say to the level
of the detail, you might sell something.

    Just my 2p worth.

Light and shade have never been my strong point. They are drawn - mostly -
    to 1:6 scale.

Are you one of those funny people from the X Factor who think they are good
    when
    in reality they are crap?
