has anyone ridden the new gixxer750? - whats it like? comparisions to
older ones? the riding position seems better. the wanker in the bike
shop started the engine, and let me hear it for all of 5 seconds. I
don't like the suzuki guy at peter stevens in melbourne. (cbd).

I have heard lots of real good things from Gixxer owners about the new
750, but can't say I've ridden one myself. If you're looking for
someone who won't F you around, try Raceway suzuki in Niddrie. I bought
my new GSX14 from them, and was very happy with the service, both
before and after the sale. Ask for Brian. (I also had problems with
    Peter Stevens).

But lot's of people continue to buy from him....

My only dissapointment with the new 750 is the brakes. They can give you
alot of power but initial bite is weak. I believe magazines call this
    progressive feel. :p

You'll certainly like the power and handling though and the exhaust
    note....oi vey!
