Check earths and connections but a duff battery would cause hard to trace problems. If you've exhausted your patience/abilities I'd be tempted to get an auto electrician to have a look. They have the tools and experience to sort these things more quickly and ultimately cheaper than replacing every bloody electrical item one by one..

C'mon, you would be in big trouble if you showed up with another enormous tourer. It's not like you've just sold a bike or anything...
My point (other than Wings are just two wheeled cars anyway) is that modern motorcycles, particularly less sport orientated ones, share more car technology and construction techniques than perhaps in the past.
Having left the battery on Optimate all week, I checked the voltage: 12V. Salad Dodger wrote The ultimate battery test. Bang on the money. I don't understand. There isn't much wrong with a battery that will spin a 1500 for half a minute and yet you seem to think there is.
Three weeks ago it wasn't budging from 12V when charging. I cleaned and tightened *everything* - no change. Had the alternator checked - nowt wrong. Only the battery left. Re-fitted the alternator and re-charged the battery and now it seems to work o.k. -- | ___ Salad Dodger |/ \ _/_____\_ GL1500SE-V/CBR1100XX-X/CBX1000Z |_\_____/_| ..78875.../...19923.../..31251.
