One of the big drawbacks of HG Pathans, imo. You'd need sleeves like a
wizard to get them tucked in.
HG Master V jacket doesn't offer the option, the sleeves are *snug*.

I'll have you know my chrome monstrosity has no skulls on it.

You're right about the glubs, though.

Depends on the jacket and the gloves. My textile jacket allow me to get my
glove cuffs inside and once the jacket straps are done up, no wind or water
    gets in.

My leather stuff needs the gloves over the jacket and although wind doesn't
get up my arm, if it rains, water runs down the jacket and into my gloves.

    Gloves over the sleeves.

None of my jackets have sleeves big enough to do up over winter gloves
and even if they did I'd still wear the gloves over the top. If I'm
away on the bike in the winter I always take spare gloves with me and
if one pair gets a bit wet I'll use the second pair but I don't take a
spare jacket so if that gets rain up the sleeves it'll stay wet until
    I get home.

In summer I've got no choice because neither my one piece leathers nor
my leather jacket have sleeves wide enough to fit over any gloves that
    I own.

Gloves over, as it's just easier to achieve, unles it's pissing down
(or looks like it might), in which case I'll pull the sleeves over the
    gloves.

Buy some less pikey gloves & do both. My Daytonas have a waterproof
tight elastic inner cuff that goes inside the sleeve, & a second outer
cuff that goes outside the sleeve. There's a drain hole where the
inner & outer cuffs meet to deal with any water that gets in between
    them.

    Both.

If it's dry I wear the gloves on the outside. If it's raining hard I
tuck the gloves into the storm cuff of the jacket. Tucking the gloves
into the storm cuff of the jacket is a real PITA (especially with the
heated gloves) but once done it's lovely and dry. Nothing worse than
hitting the mother of all downpours and starting to feel your gloves
    filling up with water.

My Alpinestars would be bloody uncomfortable inside my jacket sleeves.

If you've got ape hangers, otherwise the water will defy gravity. :)

Mine is fine. Just this morning I had my gloves tucked in between the
thermal liner and the outer jacket.

Oh, *gloves* go in, even if they feel a little weird, but my Pathans
    just won't.
