  10. Glad to hear she's on the mend Clem.

You getting back on two wheels in the foreseeable future? I take it
gNat is ending her motorcycling career...

    cheers,

    X-No-archive: yes
I'm actually ON two wheels again already as Leon (a mate from work who rides
to the GPs with me each year) has very kindly leant me his XJ750.
I'm also thiiiis close [imagine demonstration of very close closeness] to
buying a BMW K75 if I can catch one before some other swine beats me to it!

The old R1100GS seems to have disappeared into a parallel universe at Fowles
auctions but it may yet appear at December's Melbourne auction .....
    Cheers .... Clem

I noticed an XJ900 on ebay the other day I was nearly going to mention
it to you, but I didn't really think you'd be that interested in owning
    another one.

    Cheers,
    Ash

  13. That's pretty amazing, really.

All the best to her - I hope she heals quickly and completely, and is
not in too much pain for too long. I'd say the same to you, but the
general consenses around here seems to indicate that you'll be in for
some considerable pain for quite a while yet to come.

All the best to you both!
    Matto :)

  16. Clem,

have you had a look at the K75S being advertised in the Trading Post,
located at Runaway Bay. slightly overpriced at $5800. About 5k would be
    about the mark.

Those are supposed to be a really nice bike, can't say I've had much to
do with them (I'll swap you a spin on a Guzzi for a spin on a K75 if you
    like though :)
