heh. I took my MT500 in for a front tyre change the other day. I went
for a ride-in ride-out service, as I didn't have time or facilities to
drop the wheel out. They spent 1/2 hr stood around the MT scratching
their heads, then 1/4 hr replacing the tyre.

Charged me less than I was quoted over the phone though, so i'm not
    complaining ...

Sounds like when I had to swap out a rear on my GL1000. Rode up,
popped it up dropped the wheel and carried it in. The look on the
service guys was priceless... I'd pulled it faster than they could and
I only used the hand tools. Apparently they thought I was bringing
JUST the wheel. lol...could have done the front just as quick and
there is more to undo 'round front.
