The only sintered brake pads I can find for the RD400 are by some
company called Gold Fren. It seems to be that or EBC Organic. Has anyone
    heard of them/used their product?

    The organics? no way indeed.

They're great for rear brakes, IMHO.

They're great for a brake you don't use: I'd go along with that.

Had Gold Fren in the front caliper of my old GSX400EZ. Vast improvement over
the organic pads they replaced. There seemed to be a short delay before
they 'bit'. Warming up perhaps?, nothing major once I got used to it.
Unlike the EBC organics they replaced, they didn't fade after a few heavy
applications, nor did they give the 'rabbits nose' when hammering down
    motorways off ramps ;-)

I seem to remember they weren't listed as HH, just as sintered, but my
memory isn't quite what it used to be.

Gotta be better than Vesrah or EBC organis pant fillers anyway.
