Got my L's licence

    So i passed my course went to the rta and passed my test ( im in NSW ) and
    im now looking for a bike. honda vtr250 looks ok but being 6'2 and 110+
    kg's i wouldnt mind something bigger have been browsing websites at these
    few,

    Yamaha SZR660
    Honda XL600
    Suzuki XF650

    they seem to be the pick of the crop ewhen browsing this link from the nsw

    if you can share your bike knowledge and let me know if i overlooked
    anything or what not to buy etc i would be greatfull. Cor

  2. Congrats on the l's

    now go out and test ride some bikes, sit on them, and buy whats right, dont
    go to a website and say, thats got more cc's so its gota be faster... VTR250
    will handle you fine if you wanted to know...

    The spud for sale yet Nath? or don't you have to go club her over the head again and drag her to the
    garage and remind her why the bike is there?

    p.s. MB is pretty right, though ask some of these lot abot the 500 & 600 singles & twins that are about, VT500, FT500, etc. ;-)

    A couple of mates have these, their name in the club is "floozy". They
    say the floozies are a bit gutless (my mates both have litre-plus
    bikes as well) but everyone who rides them steps off with a big grin!
