Government rejects speed limiter calls

    Wonder if north Wales plod are going to ease up on the anti bike / speed
    campaign in light of the gubmint admission/statement that speeds not a major
    cause of bike accidents ? Probably not:)

    Shit, seeing as it's in MCN, I'd expect a resurgent crackdown on speeding,
    with compulsory limiters by next year...

    Assuming the quotes they print from the Govt's response aren't made
    up, they tell their own story, IWHT. Sounds to me like a rare
    outbreak of logical thinking amongst our Dear Leaders. Hope I'm not
    wrong.
