Just back from a week in the Flinders Ranges and Grampians on the way
    back...
found a great little thingo at a Petrol Station in Hawker, the supply-town
    to Wilpena Pound/ Flinders.
It's a thin Polar-Fleece Sleeping bag, 183x74cm, zipped one side and bottom.
It'll make a great liner for our usual thin summer-style sleeping bags,
which we were looking at replacing for a colder-rating item for the coming
NZ trip, the thick one's we've got being way too bulky to carry on a bike.
Use it on it's own when it's really warm, otherwise use as liner in the
small-pack thinner bags we've already got.
Price was under $30, haven't tried them out yet, they've just gone through
the wash. Dried in 40 mins on the line, too.
The item is a Kookaburra brand/ model SL6000. Packs small (about 3/4 size of
a pair of rolled-up jeans) and is extremely light.

    cheers
    pete
