A sound fiscal choice. It comes to about £48 per litre of ethanol,
the same as the Greene King. Spirits are nearly as bad at about £40
but the wise drinker chooses strong cider at about £12 per litre of ethanol.

All subjective really... but as £5ish a bottle stuff goes, it's very nice.

Sold by the gallon here cheapish like. Bought by people who think it's a
    good value.

    Your sig step broken too.

Morrisons 8 cans of Abbot for 7 quid! Do not take the piss out of Greene
King IPA as it needs all the strength it can get

Nothing to do with me considering it to be 'good value' really... I like the
taste of it (1), so if I've decided 'this evening, I are be mostly drinking
wine', I'll buy some of this.
Shouldn't be... I've had this running 'Quotefix' for quite a while now.

    (1) Cue: loads of comments along the lines of 'we always knew you had bad
    taste'.

    IYHO.

I never tried to imply I was a paragon of good taste either, but I've
personally have always found a bottle of that agreeable.
I'll have to try that one next time I'm in the market for something along
    those lines.

As it is, I'm considering hopping back on the wagon (1).

    (1) Nothing to do with my 'appalling taste in wines', either.

I have marginally less trouble with Gallo's shite wine than I do with
their habit of squeezing every other vineyard out of the area.

  18. Surely it should be named after you in light of your drinking habits? I
don't have a drinking habit to speak of. Sounds like you're getting all
    sensitive about what people say.

Although it is a great honour to be awarded the baton I cannot accept it.
I have been sober for a year now so it would be unfair to the other
fine upstanding gentlemen of ukrm for me to fraudulently hold the award.

I don't know what they are up too, but there are more vineyards in
California than you can shake a very large stick at. It's become popular
to have your own winery for some reason.
