I was in a H&S standards meeting today and someone from the Trust told us they have a female cleaner who has, 3 times, sued the Trust for slipping on floors that *she had just mopped and had put the warning sign over* Each time the Trust paid her £6k to go away. Oh it's so easy to fork out other peoples money. Wait. It gets better. On the 3rd occasion she did actually slip, we assume, as she has also broken her arm ;o) There is a Ged.
