Had a bearing break up last night!

    Fortunately it was after I'd gotten home and put a load of clothes in
    the washing machine. They put fine, sturdy bearings into the old
    Hoover Electra-Economiser 550 (front loader), they're about the same
    as you'd find in the wheel hub of a car.

    Unfortunately the old GPX250 steering head bearings wouldn't fit, so
    I'll have to lash out $55 for a set of new ones from the bearing shop.
