    True, Clem, very true.

But I don't drink, don't smoke and to my everlasting regret Bad Women have
never had an interest in me, a man has to have some vices, my choice is
    Bikes.

    Don't drink?!!?
So all that talk about having a Crown-or-two was just that Liberal "born to
    rule" attitude was it?

A Crownie or two once every 6 months is not drinking!

As for the Born to Rule Stuff, let me assure you I have a lot more fun
changing the oil on a motorcycle than I ever had handing out how to vote
    cards.

Yep Peter Beattie considered that his loyal followers could not count past
    one.

  10. And one saved my Transalp from hitting the ground in Gilgandra last weekend.
Almost up on the centrestand, then my hand slipped on the (muddy) grabhandle
    and over she went...
    Fucken.
Topbox caved his door in,handguard /mirror nailed the bumper--no damage to
    the bike.

Well yeah... but that's the 'really early Z750' not the 'earlier Z750' ;-)

You also don't follow so bloody close up someone's arse that you can't
stop safely if they stop suddenly. Not only is it basic commonsense,
it's also the law. It's probably a good thing you crashed, as maybe
now you'll finally see why your actions weren't so smart.

Stop blaming other people for your own faults/problems, and you'll
find life a whole lot easier.
