Yeah well he is American. That however wasn't why I posted it - it was
more the fact that at least someone was saying in a widely read forum
"Oy cagers, have a bloody look around you drongoes" (or words to that
effect

his argument that it's someone elses fault for stopping in front
of him ...

For future reference, a quote from the start of the article

This reads like a test question. Identify three stupid statements
in this article. Identify three unwise actions described in this
article. What action on the riders part would have avoided all
this unpleasantness entirely? Is the author just a whiney bitch?
