I'm sure he wouldn't even get out of bed for such a pittance.

Au contraire, he's starting to get a bit desperate.

    Just a suggestion.
He could partner a well known Kent resident.

AOL. Most of my garden's been reclaimed by nature now.

Gardener comes once a week in summer and every second week autumn/spring.
Job done. Not cheap but it's worth it for quality of life issues.

Mine is currently looking like a bomb site. I am having the whole thing
redone but it is only half-finished. The cats are pissed off at having
their favourite sleeping places uprooted (manky old hedge removed) but are
impressed by having what could be the biggest dirt-tray on the planet.

  16. It was. Bruce slack-jawed, gazing at all the titties on display....
Champ pulling wheelies on the seafront... my old GT750 (Sweller, have
you still got it?) wobbling like a bastard on every bend....

Your bike refusing to start on the way back after the Datatool had a fit
    of the sulks...

"It's because I've washed it, see? It got wet."

"Er, Simon, you live in *Wales*....."

    Jumpers for goalposts.

Yes, the same, the engine still sounds sweet. Only issue at the moment is
a slight weep from one of the carbs.

It will be resting for the next 12 months, and then round 2 (the 200k
    challenge) starts.
