    me.

    43 today.

And they've just taken the plaster off my leg so I can drive and get out
of the house, to the BK drive thru, to the cinema, to work.

Healing well (for my body), 25% weight bearing, increased by 25% every 2
weeks, go back in 7 weeks to start physio.

Must've been the weekends that did the damage ;-)
Christ, how long is it since the original injury?

I know, with the wisdom I impart in this NG you'd think I was 63.

6 weeks. When I fell down the stairs YTC!

Original injury (to the same leg, different bone) was July 21st, 2001.
    (might have been June)

How was I meant to know. I don't read your posts cos you're always
    moaning about your leg! ;-)
Crikey, not long after I first met you.

  11. Glad to see you made it. ;-)

BTW, I can't believe you're 4 years younger than me.

Oh, you didn't mean that leg or that kind of moaning?
    Yup, doesn't time fly.

Heh, I'll be glad when I make 60. So long as I haven't spent the
    preceeding 16 years doing nothing.
Y'know, I see a common theme developing in all these replies. I'm going
to have to fall back on "distinguished".

  14. Hoppy birdy dude! I hope you're pissed by now.

Are we *all* in our early/mid forties? Apart from Auvache, of course, who is
    obviously older than god's grandma.

year younger than me! What did you _do_ with your life?

  17. To whom are you referring? I personally look younger now than I did when
we last met. Having said that, the stress of the exchange/interest rates
coupled with the fragility of uk banks may add a few years.
