She admitted liability to me and the plod.
I've already made it quite clear to Aunty Carole that I intend to go for
    broke!
I won't accept the bike being repaired, as I doubt the frames integrity
anyway, but being only 4 days old, I want a brand new bike, and I won't
settle for less. Got the legal eagles on it as well, again through Aunty,
but I'm looking at personal injury, the bruises are taking on a nice shade
of puke now! loss of use, as they don't seem to be able to hire me a Harley
as a replacement, Personal effects as in helmet, jacket and a totalled GPS.
Should come out nicely me hopes.
I still can't believe she turned from behind the bloody bus! And then
clearly state, to me and mr plod, "I didn't see you cos the bus was in the
    way!".

I can't believe you can hide that much Harley behind a bus.

She was behind the bus. she was following the bus going in the opposite
direction to me. I saw her sitting right up the buss's arse and with no
indicator she swings out to the right for the turn, cuts the corner
seriously, mind, and swipes me out. Could've been any thing coming my way,
she would not have been able to see it. It was just a plain, stupid bloody
manoeuvre. Lucky it wasn't a bus load of schoolkids.

The usual way. It would need a fair bit more lube, though - it's pretty
    big.

    Not trashed ones anyway!

TBH I think that there are only about 10-ish in the country at the moment.

I thought that when it happened.
The galaxy is just out of the frame round the corner, after stopping dead
when she eventually saw me, right across the carriageway, she the drives off
down the road. I thought she was going to scarper a the time. Bit difficult
in some ways, as we were right outside her front door!
