Has anyone seen my tax disc

    Purchased at the beginning of the month and it's gone awol already,
    complete with 15 quids worth of fancy holder. ****, that's another 7
    quid to replace it then.

    Colour scan and print, put the paper copy in a cheapo
    holder. Someone nicks it? Replace the cheap paper copy.

    Worked for me the entire time I was in the UK.

    Got one at home, I fink.
    and one of them too, although it's a memorial one (HM's jubbly, IIRC)
    rather than one from when they were in normal circulation.

    Farthings were legal tender in the UK for six months and ten days
    after I was born. Ha'pennies only went out a year or three before
    decimalisation (1971), IIRC.
