    In communiqué
    I've just been chatting with a mate who did a trip to Spain on his
    KTM950SM in November. Down to -4 and below in central France apparently.
    He rated his heated grips but TBF he also had muffs.

  8. Muffs or hand wind protection of some sort is what makes heated bars
    work best. They're ok for unprotected short blasts, not longer
    distances.
