I'm new to the state. I've seen two times riders without helmets, both
harley guys. I've only ever seen this in the U.S. So .. no helmet law here?
Was it changed or something? (not that I would partake, just curious)

  3. Nahhh !!
It seems that Harley riders all seem to get migraine if they wear a helmet
(Other than ex German forces issue) and so can get an exemption from their
    use.

mostly contained to harley riders who heads prolly dent the road if they
    come off

bear in mind that those letters o exemption arent has easy to get anymore

and you can still get a ticket on a bad day for no helemet
