Ok, to tell how far ive got.
Basically, i had the caberg downtown, but given that i binned the scoot in
july, and this is an open face, and i got only one tiny wee scratch on my
chin ive been thinking i should go back to full face, especially at this
    time of year anyway.

So, the downtown had a second sun visor which was handy as i is a speccy
wearer and fuckin about putting on and taking off sunglasses is a pain.

Ive been to J and S in Watford, good selection and exactly what im after in
my size in the Caberg Justissimo, full face flip with internal sunvisor,
however... When i put it on and put the flip down it knocks on my chin and
then when i reposition the helmet on me bonce its fine but i can move my jaw
forward just a fraction and its in contact with the bar :-(

So, now what? The only other one that they said that they knew of was the
schuberth concept, of course they only have them left in small and x small
so i cannae even try one on :-(
On the way home from watford id checked out Flitwick MCs but all they had
was the justissimo but said that the other bloke up the road may have a
Lazer that does what i want, course he shuts for a fortnight and ferks orf
    to the NEC etc :-(

So, what i need to do it twofold.

    1. Find out from you lot if there are any others that have a full face (ill
live without the flip if need be) with a seperate internal sunvisor
    2. Find somewhere open, with them in stock in my size to dispose of some of
    my readies :)

    Nigel Eaton says...
We don't do a flip-up with an integral sunvisor, I wish we did. Words
are being directed at the powers that be about this every time we have a
    sales meeting.

The flip-up we do is bloody lovely though, it's the qietest lid I've
    ever used.

Nice though I refuse to allow price to be an option now and if the
difference is only £50 then thats what itll be, 'sides, the Lazer's anti fog
thingy puts it out in front so far.

Schuberth S1 (their non-flip helmet) does as well. AFAIK all the
Schuberths - or at least most of them - do have one.

Mind ewe, they're not exactly cheap.

did have a flip. They had no others there at all:-(
£180 for the ones at J and S, mind ewe, only smalls and xsmalls :-(

If it's the flip-up, it's a Concept. All the other Schuberths are
    full-face helmets.
That is pretty cheap - the S1 retails at around 350...

were so did a dealer search. Anyone heard of these people[1]. I didn't
    even know they were there.

    *FEAR THE GHOUCESTOR*

They used to be called Claremont before they were taken over. What few
dealings I've had with them, they have been completely straightforward.

If you cross the canal opposite Frasers, turn right at the mini-roundabout,
follow the dual carriageway to the end, then head off to the right again,
Spinnaker Park (actually, I thought it was "Road") is the second or third on
    the left.

  15. As the proud and satisfied owner of a Schuberth S1, as reported
previously, I can recommend both the brand and the model.
