I followed some links and ended up on this gallery page of the BMZRC
    site:

    http://www.bmzrc.org.uk/images.html

I didn't realise ours were that popular on the race track.

One is treading dangerously close to compiling posts that have the
faint whiff of pork luncheon meat about them, imo.

Not really. Not half as much as I was when I worked at HG.

You'll notice that over the past 15 or 16 months I've been very careful
not to post links to our company website, or even mention names of our
products in my posts. It was just a genuine suprise that there were so
many of ours out there on the track at once.

"dangerously close" and "faint whiff" - I don't think you need throw
yourself at the mercy of the court just yet.
I don't think I've ever seen one - or at least been aware that I've
    seen one.

  5. As I have written in one or more previous threads; having visited the
manufacturing site in China earlier this year, I was *seriously*
impressed by the QA processes in place - and I don't have a commercial
or financial interest in your employer's products, or the products of
*any* of the companies I work with.

  6. As with other Chinese factories - whether they adhere to them, once the
round-eyes and/or other inspectors have departed, is open to debate.

  7. that the usual caveats will apply to this particular company or product
-but I am sure that we will hear about it first here on ukrm if
consumers start to experience widespread and persistent QC problems.

Well, not as such, as I only do that when there's nothing else to do,
which is rare. I do wish people would stop trying to claim crash
damage as a warranty issue. You've crashed, and you're still alive -
the helmet has performed its intended task. Mind you, I haven't had
one back yet which still had icky bits in it (dead bugs on the
outside, yes, but dead human on the inside, no), so maybe that's a
    plus.

Not all returns come to me via the reps. I'll tell you more off-group
    sometime.

  17. I meant to type "meaning". It was late. I was tired. That's two typing
errors this week. What more can I say?

  18. I have taken a phone call just this afternoon from a clothing
distributor who suspects one of his stockists is trying it on with a
warranty claim for what he believes is damage caused by an act of
carelessness. I've been asked to look at the garment in question and
    provide an opinion.
