    Bollox. Tested here on a Windows 2000 machine (Mozilla, IE 6.0 and Netscape),
    and on a Solaris 8 box. Page works perfectly (aside from the pop-ups).

    I would imagine that most people wouldn't open it directly. Besides, the
    'fine, upstanding' character of the person who posted the link, should be
    enough to persuade anyone that it's not a virus.
