Holiday help

Thought about touring round Europe, particularly taking in the
Nurburgring. Need some help with the following...

a) What's the deal with insurance on the 'Ring?
b) Mobile coverage and handset? Will my UK iPhone be fine, or should
I pick up a German one?
c) While I'm traveling I like to read a fair bit, so Kindle or Sony
eReader?
d) I'll be taking lots of photos. Should I stick them straight on
the web, or do some post-processing? I've heard about a new technique
for making stuff look really dramatic, DRH? What's that all about?
e) And finally, need some films to watch on the iPad when in the
hotels. Any got a decent torrent site invitation?
f) Finally, the bike. Will a GSX-R1000 be ok?
