Hi.\nI have a Honda CBX 750F -84 (also known as RC17) and I'm having problems\nwith it.\nIt will work fine on low rpms and I can give it some gas for short periods\nof time, but as soon as i hold the gas for more than one or two seconds it\nwill start to puke black smoke and it will die after a few seconds unless i\nstop giving it gas, then it will run very bad for 3-5 seconds and then it\nwill start running well again (keeping it below 3000rpm) I've talked to a\ncouple of people and they say it's because it gets to much gas and to little\nair. I've changed the spark plugs and cleaned all four carborators, but that\ndidn't help much. The air screwes are set to factory settings. Another thing\nthe people i've talked to say, is that it might be because of the carborator\nmembranes? all the four carborators are synced.\nCan it be because of an ignition problem (wouldn't it run badly on low rpms\nas well if it was?) The carorators does not have throttles they have "lids"\nthat are opened then you give it gas.\nI have no idea what might be wrong, I just got the bike. Any help is\nappreciated.
