    Try as I may, I can't for the life of me understand what the **** you're
    waffling about and I'm about as far from "middle management" as it's
    possible to get, but a question....

    Why is it necessary for me (or anyone) to be able to pick up a bike which is
    fully loaded for camping? I've always thought that camping gear can be taken
    off as well as put on.

    Well, i'm an ex middle manager, and I find it equally
    incomprehensible ;)

    If he wants nods of respectful approval at an anecdote, it needs to be
    at least

    a) better composed &
    b) understandable to someone with a reasonable grasp of the English
    language.

    and the Pan in case they go squidgy in the night.

    Good job the oil in my two stroke is kept apart from the engine.. or
    that would be squidgy too! OMG!
