Bought one of these to replace my trusty but ageing C90. After about a week
it developed an irritating vibration from the front headlamp unit whenever I
changed gear. Today I took it for its 600 mile service and I asked them to
look at it and rectify the fault.
After getting the bike back I checked the lamp and found that it was still
moving around. One of the bods at the dealership saw me doing this and asked
if everything was alright and I asked if they'd done the work on the
    headlamp.
His reply was "yes, but we get a lot of complaints about this problem" He
checked with the mechanic who said he'd stuck some foam round the inside of
the unit and told me that the problem is that "there are only 2 small clips
holding the thing in place" Needless to say, the foam has had little
    effect....
So..... is that it then?! Am I now stuck with a bike with an irritating
vibration just because they didn't build the thing to a decent enough
    standard?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated
    cheers.

  2. If it uses those W clips, just get some more.

They're also used to hold greenhouse glass inside the frames, so try a
    garden centre.
