Who can recommend a good shop to work on a Honda? I used to hear Honda of Milpitas recommended here a lot but I understand they're no longer around--is that right? I would prefer a private shop (or mechanic) anyway, but a -good- one.
My experience is now 4 years old, but when my independent mechanic retired, I started taking my bike to Mission Motorcycles in Daly City with good results. They're about 1/2 mile from BART, which may make them less inconvenient than you'd think, depending on where you are located, etc. Rich, Urban Biker
Mission Motors in Daly City is recommended by most of their customers, myself included. I am now partial to Scuderia West on Duboce in San Francisco. Fair prices, good work, on time.
