My bike has T.C.I ignition module. 1996 Yamaha YZF600R.
The factory service manual says "timing is not adjustable."

Is there any way of advancing timing?

How the racing team tune up the machine for racing? especially, modern
sportbike which usese digital ignition control module.

    I wonder.

I checked the web sites you mentioned. The timing advancer is a metal
piece. I could not find for my bike though. But, it looks very simple
    to advance timing mechanically.

I might visit a racer who runs repair shop.

I gonna have a car soon so I'll be able to mess around my bike. Bike
    is still my major transportation.

Thanks for your information and safe riding~
