How long have you kept a bike?

    I thought yiu may claim the Dr's 400...... but with all the bit swaps, is it
    really the same bike ? :)

    I lost mine in January 1962 in a garden shed on an ex bus back seat. [1]. I
    met up with the same lass 8 years later by which time she had three kids and
    was onto her second husband. She wasn't married when we did the deed though.

    [1] They were the long ones for hose who don't know.

    That was when "All this was fields".

    I met a bloke riding a C15 a couple of weeks back. It was running
    beautifully too and looked like it had been well used. Tatty, but tatty in a
    good way IYKWIM.
