    the hardware is cheaper and faster than a Mac Mini.

    However, selling the things with OS X pre-installed is against Apple's
    EULA. So it'll be interesting to see how long they get away with it.

  5. Not long I suspect. And even worse they are using OpenEFI which is
    prohibited from use in a commercial fashion (according to the developer
    of OpenEFI anyway - and he should know).
