  1. Tia is a fellow Disturbing The Peace Rider... he has 8 months total time
in the saddle... he's on his second bike... a 2000 RC51... I've taken
Tai under my wing and have been helping with riding tips and maintenance
know-how... Being this was his first race in personal I decided to show
him a really good time... Tia didn't know what to expect... he he he...

Yes Tia... racers are paid to go quick no matter how hairy the turn...

Did I mention that Motorcycle Racing attracts the best looking girls???
Don't be shy Tia... we'll start out easy and work our way up... first
say Hi to JoAnn from International Allstars...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=JoAnnTai.JPG

See that was easy... how about a girl for each arm??? say hi to twin
    Umbrella Girls...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=Tai2UmbrellaGirls.JPG

Now you're getting the hum of it... ready set... say hi to the 3 Inner
    Pimp Girls...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=InnerPimpGirlsTai.JPG

RC brother you're a natural... say hi to the 4 Umbrella Girls...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=TaiUmbrellaGirls.JPG

Easy Tai... that's a lot of Cheeze'n... let's cool off by bluffing our
way pass security and go into the pits to see what we can see...

Here is Miguel's handed made machine adorned with trick HRC parts and
prepared by Super Tuner Al Ludington...

See Tai... we might end up on Speed Channel... the camera is shooting
Miguel and Zemke in turn 11... wave to all our friends...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=SpeedChannelCamera.JPG

Oh no!!! red flag... that means all racers are returning to the pits...

First to roar in is Eboz on Ducati... Erik Bostrom used to ride ZX7R
Kawasaki like the one I've been working on back at the Busy Little Shop...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=EbozDucati.JPG

Zemke is back in the pits and squawks things over with his crew chief on
ways to improve the bikes handling on spent tires...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=JakeZemke.JPG

Miguel is back and can rest assured his crew chief Al Ludington has
already found the perfect setup for spent tires... Miguel concentrates
    on going quicker...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=MiguelDuhamel.JPG

Ben Bostrom comes in and is troubled... he's riding his ass off but
can't catch the leaders... hang in there Ben... you'll find a way...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=BenBostrom.JPG

Ben's inner focus is broke for a spell as Greg White of Speed ask
    nothing questions...

Tia say hello to Steve Rapp... don't be shy... ask him to sign your
    poster...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=TiaSteveRapp.JPG

Say hi to my friend Jun Kushitani... number 1 son of Mr. Kushitani...
Kon-ni-chi-wa Jun-san... Oh yea if that name sounds familiar it's
because they are one of the biggest Japanese leather companies...
    http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vf&user=netters2&category=ShopPics&file=TaiJunKushitani.JPG

This is the winners circle and Miguel is explaining to Greg White how he
pulled off that last lap pass... on spent tires... Al Ludington laughs
his ass off in the back ground... nice one Al and Miguel...

Tai and I had fun at the races... next up is Laguna Seca... I hope he
will ride down Sunday... he can't do the whole weekend... he's a full
time student and holds a job you know...

    Excellent photo collection, Larry.

Regarding the above comment, what exactly are you doing to the ZX7R in
your shop? You wouldn't happen to be fabricting some 2-inch rise
clip-ons for it, would you? :)

  4. No... 2 inches on Marv's ZX7R was a no go... but I did machine a set
with a 5 degree angle up versus the 10 degree stock angle down... Here's
what the difference is over stock...

Well, I could *dream* of it, but I really don't see how it's going to ever
    happen. :)

  6. Jamin... it can happen... the Umbrella Girls are friendly... they love
having a good time... you can ask them to pose on your bike... you can
toss them the key... most of them not only ride-they race you know...

  8. "Most"???? The only one I know of who races is K'la Jade, and she
only got to do it once or twice, and she just sold her bike. K'la is
the only umbrella girl in the AFM. Which other ones race, and in what
    organization?

  10. I think you're missing my point, Larry, or maybe giving me the benefit of
the doubt in thinking that my intentions would be honorable. I don't want to
take pictures of a half-dozen girls fawning all over my bike. What I have in
mind, it would be smartest to not have cameras around at all. ;)
