Certainly did - are you saying you didn't find the GPX seat comfy?
    <thinking>
    <light bulb moment>
Wow - you know, ever since I started riding I've been crapping on about seat
height and weight etc, and bemoaning the fact that bike manufacturers don't
take us women into consideration..... but perhaps they did (or, more likely,
it's a happy coincidence....) Having girl-padding on your arse must mean
that some bike seats are fairly tolerable!

Oh wow..... (trying not to jump up and down with excitement here, lol) - who
would've thought that a girly arse would ever be a Good Thing??? All these
years I have been wishing my bottom was less round.... and I think that's
something I have in common with a lot of women.....

How fabulous! Women riders everywhere, embrace round-arsedness <giggle>

betty (does my bum look big in this?
Oh I do hope so! <snigger>)

Oh dear, johno.....you are a very bad man.....Don't exert yourself......
Here, petal. Sit down and have a beer - Coopers? How about two? (will save
me getting up a second time, heh heh)

    Geez, blokes are hopeless......
And you're doing such a fab job, petal......boss?...... Johno sweetie????
yes. betty's here, but rifling through the fridge to find out what the cans
are that I'm spozed to flash.....all I can find is a few bottles of Coopers
    and some poofter drinks..... hmmmm.....

lol, yeah! I'd better keep my mouth shut - if the bike manufacturers ever
get to hear about it, we're all stuffed!

I found it to be an absolute plank of a seat until my nether regions
toughened up a bit. Of course, now that I'm riding a bicycle > 6000km
per year a 10 hour day on a motorcycle seat is an absolute doddle! ;-)

What I really meant though, was that after starting out on a GPX250
(especially if it was an elderly one), almost any other seat should
    seem comfy.

Well, if you will ride one of those funny looking pushbikes.

True, although apparently it's a bit easier to pedal uphill than your
    3-piece lounge suite! ;-)

Yeah, I mean they may be heavier and slower, more expensive and harder
to see in traffic, but hey.. they are hard to fall off!

(who *did* attempt to talk her indoors into considering a tandem
    recumbent trike.....)

trikes maybe. So get a two wheeled high racer, which are excellent
    traffic bikes.

As for expensive... you got a five dollar backside...
