Hypothetical for you...

bare with me (or humour me) on this one....

say you could have your evil ways with 6 of the hottest babes (or
dudes) in the world (imagine your single) each year - and not talking
in the pro. sense - these are willing peeps that go out with you for 2
weeks a year each and really have the hots for you too - but then they
vanish after the two weeks is up. so you get 12 weeks with these babes.
now the catch is this... you have to go and stand in the mcg (football
ground) with 10,000 other people. there is a sniper up in the stands
and is going to pick off 6 people with head shots. so you have a 6 in
10,000 chance of being shot dead. he is going to badly wound another 20
and they will never be the same for the rest of their lives. another 50
he is going to walk down out of the stands and smack around with a
baseball bat pretty badly but they will recover ok within 6 months.

would you do it? if not, what would you do i for?

can you guess what these stats are from? yup, the number of
motorcyclists that die each year. and the injuries i made up - i'm sure
they are much higher.

Sounds like this originated in a country with no helmet laws because those
numbers are a load of crap. Even if the MCG stands were full to capacity
(110,000) based on the current population of Australia you would expect that
approx 1 of those people might die in a motorcycle accident each year and
approx 729 of them will die of all other causes.
