    You look like a well shaven cherub in that pic. I wouldn't have recognised
    you anyway.

    You are? Wow. I want that [1]. From the first time I read that I wanted to
    give that [1] run a try.
    So, late July it is? Are we going Motorway or Rural roads?

    There are a group of four going on it. The route is planned and
    available with dates at:

    <http://b12.batcave.net/bgn/>

    The itinerary avoids motorways when it can but there are still a few
    hundred miles of them, which is mostly the M6.

    The only planned sightseeing opportunities are Loch Ness (marker 3 on
    the map) in Scotland and Stonehenge (marker 35) but the trip will lend
    itself nicely to detours around the local areas and will see some nice
    Scottish, English, Welsh and Cornish countryside.

    I have to pull out of this trip due to the unreliability of my vehicle
    at present and the fact that it may well be written off next week by
    an insurance company but you're welcome to present yourself to the
    other group members if you wish as a replacement.

    I think the general arrangement was assumed that B&Bs would be chosen
    when they arrived and two twin rooms would be requested if available.
