..... whatever ginge says Alice said I am last Friday. Honest.

You probably had to be there......

    I wish I hadn't been.

Especially the bit with the kebab shop after the pub............

    I never said anything, Dave.[1]
Given my all-saturday-hangover, so do I. It made for an entertaining
    Friday though.
    Glad I missed that bit.

I came home, opened a stubby bottle of beer, then promptly fell asleep
    in front of it.

[1] What did she say again?

I noticed... But you omitted the "so far"...
Indeed, I think the Flower Pot in Derby gets the ukrm thumbs up award for
both decent beer and reasonable barmaids...[2, so as not to confuse with
    "Rob"s[3] [1]][5]
That bit wasn't so bad. 5am Saturday was...... And 6am. And 7am. And
just after I got to Blackpool.. Seems the "extra chilli" option was a bad
    call.....
Hmmmm That's what K & A did (repeatedly in short bursts) whilst we had to
sit through their recording of Big Brother as we ate said 'babs and drank
the last of the Bitter and Twisted.
I think she compared me to the greatest lover of all time, or something
    equally macho and non-embarrassing.

[2] Although the most fit one lost points for not serving me and trying to
extract the offer of a free drink from an old, fat bearded bloke[4] by
claiming to have "snogged a girl at school once". So I made a point of
offering to buy a drink for the one who did serve me after she *still*
hadn't got that elusive free half....
[3] We kept getting looks when we called him "ginge" in public....
[4] He had a beard, so he wasn't me.
[5] Is there a ukrm list of "Approved" pubs? There should be if there
isn't. No particular rules for nominations[6], but just a decent pub that
is welcoming and you like would be good enough to get it on the ukrm GPG
[6] i.e. it doesn't have to be CAMRA certified, or even sell any bitter at
all, it just has to be worth a visit from a (non)local ukrm-er on the town,
for a reasonably good reason - eg - The Flower Pot, Derby - Good selection
of well kept bitter and a number of eminently shaggable goth/rock-chick-type
20ish yo barmaids. That kind of thing.

  4. Old enough to be the barmaids dad?
    or not
Beer is the demon of aftershock when you get told what you "siad/did/tried"

Asking the 'bab shop geezer to chuck it all on when pissed is fine at the
time but yer arse burns like **** next morning
