    And when the robber refuses?
It would be exactly the same as 'remove motorcycle helmets' just a
stupid idea that only inconveniences the 'good guy', the robber will
    just ignore.

I can't see why you're bothered about this. It's not as if you run a
shop or a petrol station so you aren't at risk from burka clad robbers
and being asked to remove a crash helmet before you fill up with fuel
or go in a bank isn't really a hardship.

I disagree. When I'm all tucked up and warm in my lid I'll be buggered
    if I'm taking it off.

I also dislike being labelled as a potential robber just because I wear
    a lid.

    My sentiments exactly.

My local Tesco filling station [1] used to try and use the "remove your
helmet" stunt, but when about 8 [2] of us all turned up at once, and spent
ages taking lids off, and even longer putting them back on, thus causing
total chaos for about 20 minutes on the forecourt.
    They relented

    [1] it's the only filling station in the area bar 1 & that's a rip-off
    independent!
[2] and there is only 6 pumps.

So you decided to **** anyone else who was waiting just because you
didn't want to remove your crash helmets? You must be very proud of
    yourselves.

Do you think those other customers will move over and give you plenty
of room when you want to overtake or will they just think all
motorcyclists are arrogant tossers and make life hard for them in the
    future?

What a little mind you have.
The point was made and sorted their discrimination issue.

Because I don't think you're a hero for taking on the might of Tesco?

There's an advert on that page, for a company that apparently will
undertake to ghost write your essays for you. Their blurb follows:

    "Research Paper
www.a1essays.com - we are a team of professional writers, whose main
goal is to provide you with excellent assistance in essay writing. our
varied and experienced personnel will meet your specific needs. our

Looks like Sir.Tony could get a job with them.

    **** yes.

I understand it well enough to know that pissing off the public by
inconveniencing them is a good way to make them hate you, the
motorcyclist, rather than the cause of the problem.

Do you really feel that we're being discriminated against by being
asked to remove our crash helmets before we enter the shop area?
They've got a right to refuse to serve anyone just the same as we've
got a right to boycott them but I don't see that "causing chaos" is
going to do anything more than piss off the car drivers who were
    caught up in it all.
