I guess you can blame the next six months of crap weather on me...

    I've just taxed the Ducati for six months.

    Should I have checked if it was running first, I wonder?

    Heh. Mine's up for renewal soon. I dragged it out of the garage this
    weekend and fired it up. To my amazement it started, and I ran it up for
    20 minutes before putting it away again.

    Fired (hah!) with enthusiasm, I did the same with the 400 Four, and even
    replaced its porous front inner tube. And the crankshaft oil gallery
    plug no longer leaks since I replaced the O-ring. That just leaves the
    r/h fork seal. Roll on summer.
