No, it's not a civil rights speech......but while i was dozing this
morning I had a nice little dream about a pack of us heading down to
Cranfill's Gap for a day run.

Then I woke up and realized I can't even get on my bike.....

    :-(

Fullstate had a mishap that was unrelated to his motorcycle.. He bunged up
his ol' leg pretty bad.. but the motorcycle is fine.. rather than being one
of those "furrin eyetalian" kinds of bikes..

I have personally offered to let my friend Fullstate two up with me and he
has consistently REFUSED all my offers.. He doesn't deserve any sympathy in
this respect and I will no longer offer to accomodate him.. He is ungrateful
and selfish.. He has rejected all efforts, on my part, to include him in
    motorcycle activities..

I do not understand all the details about how he was injured.. I am sure
that it was probably in pursuit of some totally selfish preoccupation.. More
than likely.. some old girl pitched him off a bed and he landed on the leg,
the wrong way.. Don't waste any pity on this unscrupulous excuse for a
    biker..

Sorry, but a land owner doesn't have 100% control of who's on their
property. They may post it and they may grant/restrict access, but there
is a high probability that others will be on the land without permission.

Those who think otherwise haven't ever owned/managed larger tracts of
land. My brother and I had exclusive access to my Grandfathers farm
land (to hunt back along the river). Every year we bumped into someone
else out there hunting on his property. We were always polite and
respectful (as is the way of the strangers who aren't city folk) but
we'd explain that they were on private property that was posted against
hunting and invited them to leave. Every year it was the same thing,
    just different people.

    LOL

Everyone who saw me first asked me how bad the bike was. "Not a
scratch" I would reply. This stumped them for a few and then I would
    add "Flying a kite...."

Yeah, hard to believe....but if you have ever seen surf kites, you
know they can pick you right off the ground. I had a bad landing.

Dove season is a dangerous time of year to be near open fields. It's
unfortunate that most people with a gun don't have the common sense to
NOT shoot towards roads and buildings. My dad taught me better when I
    was a wee tyke.

Glad you are OK, though. ;-)
