    You got ripped off. 12 months ago it would have cost you $50. In the
    interests of safety all the fines, and some of the points, were upgraded on
    Jan 1, 07. We can see the success of this gambit already, as the road toll
    looks like increasing by about 20% from last year.

    as the road toll looks like increasing by about 20% from last year.

    but once they seasonally adjust it, it will be 60% lower on the front
    page of the paper.

    actually thankfully I didnt that day as another bogey man was down the road
    about 5 clicks and proceeded to follow me at a distance......probably just a
    coincidence....


    anyway yesterday did enough breaking the law to get locked up and bike
    confiscated......and it made me feel better
